Shipping Address:
- Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
- While we take care in packaging your orders, accidents can happen. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@luckydoglaserworks.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
